He is an internationally recognized expert on tomographic image reconstruction, imaging physics, and the development of novel computed biomedical imaging systems.

Mr. Tom Miller is an Industry Expert with deep experience at a top executive level. In the 2000s he was the executive vice-president of Fairway Medical Technologies (Houston, TX), which developed and manufactured over 70 new and updated medical devices. In the last 10 years, he was the President and interim CEO of Seno Medical (https://senomedical.com/), a company commercializing the first clinical imaging device utilizing photoacoustics for breast cancer diagnosis (Imagio). At PhotoSound Mr. Miller is a Business Advisor to CEO and a part-time QC Manager, assisting Dr. Brecht with production management.
Feby Abraham, Ph.D
EVP, Chief Strategy Officer at Memorial Hermann Health System
Feby Abraham is the EVP, Chief Strategy Officer at Memorial Hermann Health System with a mandate to lead strategy & strategic planning for the system, to drive its strategic investments & corporate development, strategic market insights and drive innovation efforts. Feby joined Memorial Hermann in January 2020. He has focused on several key strategic focus areas for Memorial Hermann such as how to transition the system to value-based care & reducing total cost of healthcare, expand footprint in alternative sites of care (through the care at home continuum, ambulatory, urgent care centers), drive physician alignment strategies, leverage data & analytics for value creation across the system, orchestrate strategic partnerships/ JVs & strategic direct equity investments across the continuum of care. Abraham brings with him 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Most recently, he served as a partner at McKinsey & Co., where he worked for nearly 12 years advising private equity funds across sectors, including health care. He has also worked closely with healthcare companies across the value chain, including bio-pharma, medical products, and health systems and services. His work has included growth strategy in a disruptive environment, digital strategy, and business value creation topics. Before joining McKinsey in early 2008, Feby worked as a research investigator with a focus on data analytics and mathematical modeling at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Prior to GSK, Feby was a post-doctoral research scientist / engineer at the University of Pennsylvania working in medical imaging and robotic-assisted surgery. Feby received a PhD in Mehanical Engineering, with a focus on applied mathematics from Rice University and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
