This photoacoustic image taken with our TriTom Imaging System, of a nude mouse, was taken with three excitation wavelengths 532 nm showing the skin (yellow), 890 nm showing blood vessels (red)and 780 nm icg + gold nanoparticles high intensity contrast (green). The green target at the mouse’s upper right abdomen is the right subiliac lymph node. The green ring-like targets at the mouse’s lower right abdomen indicates the subcutaneous injection site.
